Kelly Completes Cardiff Half Marathon in aid of MIND

Huge congratulations to our Chief Operating Officer, Kelly, who has just completed the Cardiff Half Marathon.

Kelly ran the marathon in aid of Mind, a mental health charity. Kelly works closely with our staff here at Berry, offering help whenever they might need it, utilising information, advice and local services from Mind.

We create a culture of communication here at Berry. We encourage open and judgment-free communication. Our staff can share their concerns in a safe environment, which in-tern allows for a new perspective and valuable external support, which Kelly plays a key part in.
