Supporting Mental Health at Work


We create a culture of communication here at Berry. We encourage open and judgment-free communication. Our staff can share their concerns in a safe environment, which in-tern allows for a new perspective and valuable external support.


As well as using the drop-in approach with our employees we also offer an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). The EAP programme is a private insurance we offer our staff to ensure we can support them in the many ways needed.


The EAP is open 24/7, 365 days a year, it is a support line dedicated to all areas of mental health and will help our staff members find guidance on coping strategies.


They can speak to dedicated nurses, pharmacists and midwives as well as the LifeManagementTM team who are ready to support and guide them through any worries they have. In addition to this we also offer our employees access to counselling sessions.
