All Berry Bright staff are fully trained in house and on the job. Our training modules have been created following the most up to date cleaning regulations and standards in line with the British Institute of Cleaning Science, (BICS) standards. Every service area has its own module which all new staff are required to undertake upon employment.
All staff are always closely supervised and managed on each contract, ensuring employees are always informed of new regulations and any last minute requirements.
